This Privacy Policy explains how Tomorrow Not Open Yet (the “App”) handles information. By using the App, you acknowledge the practices described below.

The App stores game progress and settings on your device. We do not ask you to create an account or provide your name, email address, or other contact information to play.

The App offers optional rewarded advertising. Advertising and security service providers may process device information, such as device type, operating system, IP address, app interaction data, diagnostics, and advertising identifiers, to deliver ads, prevent fraud, measure advertising performance, and maintain their services.

Tracking Permission

Where required by Apple, the App requests your permission before accessing the Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) for tracking purposes. You may decline permission. Declining does not prevent you from playing the core game, though ads may be less relevant. You can change your choice at any time in your device settings.

Third-Party Services

The App may use third-party advertising, analytics, and security providers. Those providers process information under their own privacy policies and may use it for the purposes described above. We encourage you to review their policies before using optional rewarded ads.

How We Use Information

Information is used to operate the App, preserve gameplay, deliver and measure optional rewarded ads, protect the App from abuse, diagnose technical problems, and comply with legal obligations.

Data Sharing

We share information only with service providers that support the App, when required by law, or as part of a business transfer. We do not sell personal information in exchange for money.

Data Retention and Security

Local game data remains on your device until you remove it or uninstall the App. Third-party providers retain information according to their own policies. We use reasonable measures to protect information, but no system is completely secure.

Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed to children under the age at which parental consent is required in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us.

International Users

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, where privacy laws may differ. We take steps consistent with applicable law when transferring information.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy to reflect changes to the App or applicable law. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when changes are made.
